Parents do of course have freedom of choice, but it would be helpful if more thought were given to the wider issues surrounding the sexualisation of childhood. Do some research. Have some fun! Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something or worry that you’re not good enough or feel like you have to do anything that would demean yourself just because you want them to like you.
